Refund policy

We want you to be a satisfied customer. If there is a problem let us know. If you need a return, we will gladly help you out. Please complete the RMA Form and send to either fax or as an email attachment. Return request must be submitted within 15 days upon receipt. Orders older than 15 days are subject to a 10-15% restocking fee. If the return is based upon the buyer's change of mind, or buyer error (for example, ordered wrong fitment for a particular vehicle), we will accept a return when:

• the item is unused, and the product is still in its original packing/box. The buyer is responsible for shipping the product back to UTVSilicone.com. A refund will be given upon receipt of the product less any ship charges incurred by UTVSilicone.com.
• If the buyer is requesting an exchange (due to his/ her error), we will request that the shipping costs (to ship the 'new' item ) be paid for. The price will be based on the least expensive ship method. In the event that we have made a mistake or the product is damaged we will provide a paid for ship tag. Refunds will be given when the product is received back to UTVSilicone.com.
